Research:
Our laboratory is interested in discovering or identifying better drugs for asthma, specifically:
- Receptor theory for G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs)
- Developing better beta-2 adrenoceptor ligands for asthma therapy
- Quantifying ligand bias for beta-2 adrenoceptor ligands
- Examining possible better therapeutics for heart failure
