Domestic Travel
Travel to and from US 50 states, US territories and possessions, Mexico and Canada is considered as domestic travel.
Please see MAPP 04.02.01A and MAPP 04.02.01B for requirements. Below are some of the key requirements specifically highlighted for Domestic Travel
- A travel request under the traveler’s concur account that is fully submitted and approved before travel takes place.
- An agenda/program covering each day of travel, including any personal days.
- Guests and contractors require itemized receipts for all expenses.
- Although travel to and from Mexico and Canada is considered as domestic travel, International Travel Export Control Form is still required and foreign meal and lodging limit applies.
