The following fund codes must follow state rules for travel and entertainment:

Even though these are not “state funds,” grant sponsors (e.g., Texas Department of Transportation, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, etc.) are requiring that any travel and entertainment follow state rules because the funding originated from a state agency or university.
