Resources

Established in 2018, the ATC is an interdisciplinary work space where artists from all departments can create alongside one another. We encourage an environment that supports artistic risk-taking, creative exploration, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. The technology available supports artistic research in such areas as virtual exhibition, curatorial applications, and printmaking in the expanded field.

Computer Lab

The ATC houses over 15 iMac workstations with 27" displays. The computers is Room 2 are licensed with the full Adobe Suite, and many other useful programs. Additional equipment includes Epson scanners, Cricut machines, midi keyboards, headphones, and Wacom tablets available for checkout. 

 

Printing

  • Sharp Printer and Copier

    This laser printer offers super-fast print, scan, and copy performance in bright, bold colors for everyday use.

  • Intec Color Splash

    This high-quality laser printer prints on extra thick card stock and in white ink.

  • Epson Large Format Inkjets

    We offer four professional wide-format plotters that output prints of uncompromising quality on matte, transparency, luster, or gloss paper up to 44" in width.

  • RISO Duplicator

    Our RISO two-color digital duplicators empowers artists to produce high-impact spot color documents quickly and sustainably. Our drum collection currently includes include HD Black, Bright Red, Blue, Green, Light Lime, Indigo, and White.

Fabrication

  • 3D Printing

    3D printing starts with a digital model of anything you can imagine. From mock ups, scaled models or prototype design, 3D printing is a quick, effective way to produce objects.

  • Laser Cutter

    Laser machines can cut and etch wood, paper, plastic, fabric and much more from designs created in a variety of graphic software programs.

  • Desktop Cutters

    We have several Cricut cutting machines that may be used with a variety of materials, ranging from the everyday, like paper, to specialty materials, including fabric, vinyl, and even fondant!

  • Vinyl Cutter

    Our 24" Graphtec vinyl cutter features fast precision cutting and a simple user interface, ideal for cutting vinyl stickers and stencils.

  • Book Binding

    Quick and professional binding is essential to quality production. We offer both perfect and twin wire ring binding.

  • Cutting

    In addition to several paper cutters, we have a large stack cutter and a matboard cutter that has straight, bevel, 8 ply, and glass cutters, as well as a plexi acrylic sizing tool.

Equipment Checkout Room

  • The ATC now houses the Equptiment Checkout Room. Located in Room 4, this resource allows selected Photo/Digital Media courses, faculty, staff, and graduate students to check out a variety of photo, video, lighting, and sound equiptment for personal use.
