Academic and Student Support
The College of Education’s Student Success initiative involves not only assisting students with academic success, but also supporting students holistically. There are many factors which determine academic success and does not always involve understanding the course material. We focus on learning what the student needs by listening to the student, helping students set realistic and attainable goals, and by fostering mental and physical well-being.
Any student is welcome to make an appointment to see Laura Lee, the COE Student Success Coach. Call 713-743-5043 to schedule an appointment. She also welcomes walk-ins as available.
