Troon Privé 

Rob DeMore is the executive vice president of Troon Privé, where he has worked since 2003. Prior to this position, he was with Wyndham International, where he led the Lodge at Ventana Canyon in Tucson, Arizona, to earn a ranking as the top resort in North America by Condé Nast Traveler, for the first and only time in its history. A native Arizonan and proud University of Arizona alumnus, DeMore is quite proud of this accomplishment.

During his career at Troon, DeMore has served as the general manager and chief operating officer of Troon Privé clients, leading each of his assigned resorts and private clubs to top 100 rankings. This achievement was due to multiple transformations, including strategic land acquisitions, member equity conversions and start-up operations. 

His expertise in leading private club and resort operations has also earned DeMore national recognition for his projects throughout his career, including being named as one of the top 10 people influencing private clubs by Golf Inc. He currently leads the Troon Privé Division, which consists of over 200 private clubs. Here, he serves in a support executive role for all Troon food and beverage operations throughout the world.
