Access Academy
Access Academy, provided by Level Access, is available to state employees to gain more digital accessibility knowledge they may need. Course offerings include a range of subjects from "Introduction to Digital Accessibility" to "Getting Started With Inclusive Design" to "Authoring a VPAT" and more!
UH employees may send an email request to register for Access Academy using your University email address to statewideaccessibility@dir.texas.gov. Within a business day you should receive a registration link.
If asked by Level Access, be sure to let them know if you are a state University employee requesting access for your job as supported by the Texas DIR program. Reach out to the campus Digital Accessibility team if you have any issues during account setup.
