Self-Defense
program
teaches

strength.

by
experienced
instructors,
you’ll
practice
realistic
attack
scenarios
and
effective
escape
techniques.
Based
on
Zen
Do
Kai
Karate,
these
techniques
use
an
attacker’s
force
against
them,
giving
you
the
upper
hand.
Build
confidence,
strength,
and
security
with
our
empowering
program.

4-week
program
is

available.
