starting
college

changing
majors/transferring
to
a
new
college/campus,
graduation,
moving
to
a
new
city/state/country,
starting/changing
careers,
getting
married
or
becoming
a
parent
can
be
both
exciting
and
challenging.
Navigating
these
changes
requires
adaptability,
resilience,
and
self-awareness.
This
session
will
explore
strategies
to
manage
life
transitions
effectively,
reduce
stress,
and
foster
personal
growth.
